You've Passed CeMAP! Here's How to Get Your Certificate (Without Stressing About It)

So, you’ve done the hard part—CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 are officially behind you (cue the confetti 🎉). First of all: HUGE congratulations. That’s an incredible achievement, and I hope you’re celebrating properly.
But now that you’re qualified, there’s one last step on the to-do list that a lot of students message me about:
"How do I get my CeMAP certificate?"
Great question—and here’s exactly how it works:
📅 Certificate Generation Dates
Once you’ve officially passed all three CeMAP modules, your certificate isn’t generated immediately. Instead, LIBF (The London Institute of Banking & Finance) issues certificates twice a month:
On the 15th of the month
And again on the 28th
So depending on when your final exam result is confirmed, your certificate will be automatically queued up for one of those two dates. No action needed from you—just a little patience!
📧 You’ll Get an Email Notification
As soon as your certificate is ready, LIBF will send you an email letting you know it’s available to view or download. If you’ve opted for a digital certificate, you’ll be able to access it online.
They’ll also send another email once your certificate has been dispatched if you've ordered a printed copy.
🏢 Do You Need a Printed Copy?
You don’t have to order a physical certificate unless you really want one (or just fancy framing it!). Most employers are happy to accept a screenshot of your digital version as proof that you're fully CeMAP qualified.
But if you do want a printed certificate, just bear in mind there is a small additional fee for this service.

Make sure your LIBF contact details are up to date, especially your email address, so you don’t miss any important updates.
