What does the money-back guarantee mean?

In a nutshell, if you have sat my masterclass and don’t feel like it has given you what you needed to sit your exams, you can ask for a FULL refund within one week of the course end, no questions asked (so far this has never happened) or you can sit another course for free (also never happened). To my knowledge there is no other provider offering this service. There are expectations you must meet on your end, show up committed to engage, and participate actively for the five days of your course, with your camera on!

What is your “free to resit until you pass” claim?

This is related to being able to resit the course if you feel it would be of benefit. There is always a potential for someone to fail their exam on the first go, I did! As things stand my ‘Pass-First-Time’ rate with Masterclass students sits at around 81% (I’ll have to check this to confirm exactly), but those that don’t only miss the mark by one or two points, so instead of resitting the entire course which I don’t believe to be beneficial, I work with students 121 and use their exam analysis sheet to work out which areas they need to focus on before they resit.

Can you really fast track in 10 days of learning? Is it full days or just a few hours each day? What parts of the learning are covered in these sessions?

You absolutely can! These are my most popular products and my students will sit the course, Monday through to Friday, from 9am to 4:30pm. We have an extra hour, usually on Friday night, to get rid of those nerves, and they sit their exam on the Saturday. It’s one course for CeMAP 1, and another separate course for 2 & 3.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! I'm hooked up with both Clearpay AND Paypal Credit to help you split payments for any purchases. Use of either is subject to their T&C's.

It says the content is available for life, is this for all packages?

Really it means 'Until you're Qualified' This change is due to me struggling to manage people sharing their logins once qualified, so your access will be valid until then..

Who can sign on to do your masterclass?

The short answer is anyone! The majority of my students come from a completely different backgrounds (lorry drivers, HR managers, warehouse packers, Emergency Services etc) and for many of my past students, English isn’t their first language, in my experience they can pick up the material much faster than those who already work within the mortgage space. You need to have a good grasp of English as the course material and the exams are in English, you need to be motivated to learn and engage with the course material, that’s it!

As someone who doesn’t have a strong academic background, what is the level of difficulty out of 10, for Cemap 1-3?

This is an almost impossible question to answer as I’ve found no two students have the same experience and their journey’s to CeMAP are all different. Ultimately it depends on how you learn, it absolutely IS possible to get qualified just using the textbook with no additional support but I’d say that difficulty is an 8/9, whereas with support in the right way you can bring it down to a 5.

Do you have any data or references which supports the real need for mortgage advisors in the market right now, basically is it a good time to enter?

I couldn't find any credible, up to data for this, what I will tell you is people are always going to need mortgage advisors, more so now while rates are so high, people need to shop around for the best deal. Even if the housing market stagnates, those already in homes need to remortgage every 3 – 5 years anyway so the custom is always there.

What is the difference between your supporting coursework documents, i.e your videos, versus the approved providers that are out there?

The shortest answer is my teaching style. I believe with the other large providers you can get sample material from them to see if it works for you and I’d recommend doing this first. You can do the same with my material, there is a tonne of free content to access here to decide whether you like the way I teach (it’s not for everyone):

Your masterclass is on the higher end in terms of cost, what makes your virtual learning better?

My costs represent the support that is given throughout your learning journey. Even with just the E-Learning Platform you get access to me over WhatsApp if anything just isn’t sinking in. You can also join the community chat with over 150 students also looking to get CeMAP qualified. With regards to the Masterclass, the cost is reflective of the 5-day course, PLUS unlimited access to me for support (meaning you can have as many 121 sessions after the masterclass as needed to get you ready for the exam, although most people only need one). For that week I am on hand anytime, not just 9am – 5pm, if you freak out at 9pm, let’s jump on a call and chat!

Other providers say access to group forums and support by e-mail and phone when we get stuck; what does your continuous support package look like and does this have an expiry?

My support only ends when you don’t need me anymore. I find WhatsApp as my first point of contact as in my experience it’s a better medium for providing immediate support and feedback! Whilst I’m not always available for phone calls I do endeavour to come back to students within one working day on queries, and my Masterclass students enjoy priority on this.

If I purchase the home-based learning to spread the learning over a longer period, could I upgrade to the masterclass later if it becomes obvious I need a more interactive learning approach? Basically, is it possible to pay the difference to upgrade?

Yes! Absolutely and around 25% of my E-Learning students do this, you just pay the difference and book on the sessions that suit you.
